## Preserve the experiment
- Keep the agreed dataset selection, model, settings and evaluation method.
- Explain a proposed scientific change and get agreement before applying it.
- Give each independent run its own model/checkpoint directory and result file.

## Scope and actions
- The current request defines the outcome and permitted work.
- Ask before submitting, cancelling or replacing a job unless that exact action is already authorised.
- Do not delete existing outputs or send project data to another service without explicit authorisation.

## Completion
- Explain what changed and why.
- Report the checks actually performed and the observations supporting the result.
- Distinguish preparation, a diagnostic test and completion of the requested task.
- State unresolved uncertainty and stop when the requested task is complete.
